Evergreen/Turnpike artist DJ Miller has landed the most successful video premiere ever at Yallwire.com with his debut video, “Between Sundays.” The Eric Welch-directed project debuted Thursday, July 14, at the popular online Country and Christian video site, drawing a record number of viewers during the first 24 hours the video was online. Yallwire.com has provided music videos to its users since 2006.
“Last week’s premiere of DJ Miller’s “Between Sundays” holds the best premiere numbers to date on Yallwire.com,” says Yallwire Director of Programming and Promotions Kristi Lee. “Our audience is always appreciative of newcomers who keep it Country!”
Miller’s “Between Sundays” is the current single from the 21-year-old Indiana native’s anticipated debut album, due out this fall. The video was directed by award-winning Broken Poet Productions director Eric Welch (Jamey Johnson, Jewel, Randy Houser, Little Big Town) and filmed on location in a local East Nashville neighborhood. Written by Richard A. Alves, Gary Duffy, John Colgin and Reid Brannon, “Between Sundays” is steadily climbing the Country charts, bulleting at No. 45 this week on the Billboard Indicator chart. Miller is currently on a national radio promotion tour in support of the single.
